The Daviess County Fair in Elnora has been cancelled for 2020. With no social gatherings of over 250 people until July 4th weekend and the carnival with no open dates after June officials said cancelling was the only option. The Fair was scheduled this year for June 23-27 in Elnora.
The board still plans to host arena events later this summer with the possibility of two Demolition Derbies later in the year.
The Monster Truck Rally is cancelled as well but will return for the 2021 Daviess County Fair.
