The Washington City Council is meeting tonight. Due to COVID-19 they ask that you watch on the video stream on You Tube provided by the Washington High School TV and Radio class. Go to youtube and type in WHSH Broadcasting.
The night will start out with a public hearing concerning additional appropriations for police cars. The only item on the agenda for the Counci is to have final reading of an ordinance on buying the cars.
The Board of Public Works and Safety has a busy schedule. VS Engineering will be there to talk about approval to bid the water and sewer infrastructure portion of the Business 50 project on the West end. The board will also award a bid to demolish the structures at 1705 North Street.
