An 80-year-old man who state police say was stalking a Bedford couple for a year, has been arrested.
The Bloomington State Post is reported that 80-year-old Samuel Shaw of Bedford has been charged with Stalking, a Felony and Harassment, a Misdemeanor.
Investigators say Shaw made repeated phone calls to the couple’s business and drove past their home and business on several occasions. Police say Shaw had violated a cease and desist order as well. The alleged incidents began last year.
Shaw was booked into the Lawrence County, Indiana Jail with bond set at $7500.
