Down in Vanderburgh County, Indiana State Police arrested a man for Reckless Driving and OVWI after he was clocked at 104 mph. 49-year-old Andrew J. Goebel of New Harmon was driving on State Road 66 near Big Cythiana Road when his pick up was stopped. Police say he had a BAC of .12%
