There was a Valentine morning robbery in Bicknell today.
At about 4-am, Knox County Deputies were called to the Chuckles convenience store on Main in Bicknell. Officers arrived less than a minute after the call but the suspects had already fled. They learned from the only female employee in the store that two black men armed with handguns wearing black pants and coats had just left in an unknown direction of travel. The employee had suffered some minor injuries in an altercation.
The incident is under investigation.
