-An arrest warrant was served on a Washington man for Fraud on a Financial Institution and for 3 counts of theft. Washington Police arrested 28-year-old Andrew T. Laforce yesterday. Bond was set at $5000.
-Jeremy J. Hardy, 37 of Washington was arrested yesterday on a warrant by Washington PD. He’s charged with Possession of Meth and Paraphernalia. No bond was set.
-A caller told authorities at 3:26-am on Wednesday morning that their Jeep had been stolen between 11:30 Tuesday night and 2-am Wednesday. That call came from a Plainville address on 550-East.
-Police are investigating an attempted break in at the tobacco store on East National Highway. That incident was reported after 7-am Wednesday morning. Police reports say windows in the drive through were broken and the glass in the front door had been shattered. Entry was not gained.
