A Washington man escaped injury in a two vehicle crash in Illinois Friday, the driver of the other vehicle however, died in the collision.
Illinois State Police say that Dalton Highshoe of Sumner, Illinois was on traveling on Chauncey Road near Lawrence County, Illinois Road 1500 North. His pick up went left of center and collided with a vehicle driven by 32-year-old Raul Sandoval of Washington. Highshoe was killed. Sandoval was not injured, and neither were his 4 passengers who were all from Daviess County, Indiana.
