Robert Baldwin was sentenced to 65 years in prison Friday in Knox Circuit Court. It’s the maximum sentence he could’ve been given
Baldwin, 55 had pleaded guilty but mentally ill in the strangulation and suffocation death of his 5 year old son Gabriel in April of 2017.
The judge says the maximum sentence was given because of premeditation and Baldwin’s lack of remorse.
