(NETWORK INDIANA)  There are hundreds of schools in Indiana that need at least one more teacher to start the school year. Indiana State Superintendent of Schools Jennifer McCormick yesterday said the state is looking at a teacher shortage. She says there are 600 open teaching spots right now. McCormick says there’s also a shortage of principals and other school administrators. Indiana’s largest teachers union blames low pay for the lack of teachers across the state.
