Former Washington City Councilman Joe Fleck passed away over the weekend after a battle with cancer. The 72-year-old who was also a former city police officer died at home with his family nearby on Saturday. He served on the city council from 1995 to 2017.
A service is at 7 Wednesday evening at Goodwin Sievers Funeral Home.
