Charles William “Buck” Sellers, 84, passed away at 3:23   pm on July 19, 2019 at St. Vincent Hospital in Evansville. Buck was born on April 29, 1935 in Daviess County the son of Hubert and Zella (Gambill) Sellers. He married Pauline Wade on May 7, 1955.

Buck was a member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Montgomery and St. Vincent de Paul. He enjoyed mowing, playing cards and children. Buck owned and operated Liberty Service Station in Montgomery for many years and he also drove a school bus having his own route. Most recently Buck and his wife Pauline owned and operated a floral supply business servicing several florists in Indiana and Illinois.

Survivors include his beloved family, wife, Pauline Sellers of Montgomery; daughters, Theresa Edwards of Washington, Diane Shepard and her husband Ervin of Vincennes; brothers, Ed Sellers of Newburgh, IN, Frank Sellers and his wife Jan of Indianapolis, IN; sister, Patty Harbig of Jasper, IN; grandchildren, Keith Brett Edwards, Jr., Amy Edwards, Josh Edwards; step grandchildren, Jennifer Shepard, Jonathan Shepard; great grandchildren, Olivia Edwards, Hannah Edwards and David Edwards. Buck was preceded in death by his parents, sisters, Ginny Crowe, Dorothy Ward, Mary Grow and brother, Paul Ervin.

Friends may visit with Buck’s family on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 from 5-8 pm at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, 305 2nd St., Montgomery, IN 47558 where a rosary service will begin at 4:30 and on Wednesday from 8:50 am until 9:30 am at the church. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10:00 am on Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at St. Peter’s Catholic Church with Father Sudhakar celebrating. Buck will be laid to rest in St. Peter Cemetery in Montgomery. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Vincent de Paul, Montgomery, IN.
