-39-year-old Nicole R. Wells of Washington was arrested by city police for Possession of a Schedule 2 Controlled Substance, Marijuana and Paraphernalia. Bond was set at $2500. That arrest was the result of a 5:47-pm traffic stop at Northwest 10th and Downey.
