Arrests for criminal recklessness and invasion of privacy reported on Tuesday

–A Montgomery man was jailed last night for Criminal Recklessness with a Deadly Weapon.  No bond was set for 53-year-old John Zehr.   The arrest was the result of what was described on the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department Facebook Page as an Active Police Situation which closed a portion of 900-East between 400 and 450-North for a time last night.  There were no injuries in what police activity logs indicate was a family situation where several emergency agencies responded beginning around 7:30-pm.

-An Odon man was arrested by Odon Police on yesterday’s date for Invasion of Privacy. Bond was poste for 55-year-old Foster Milligan.

-A Washington man was arrested on a warrant for a Petition to Revoke a Suspended Sentence.  50-year-old Steven Wininger was served the warrant by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department.

-At just before 7 Tuesday morning, authorities responded to a two vehicle accident on 150-East at Plainville.  Both drivers complained of pain. One was taken to the hospital and the other signed a medical release.

-A hit and run accident was reported at just before 6 yesterday on East National Highway near Tractor Supply.
