Wednesday, the Washington Police Department arrested 47 year old Scott McMillin of Freelandville on a charge of dealing Methamphetamine. No Bond was set.
Washington Police Officers also arrested 37 year old Shelly Phipps of Plainville on a charge of Dealing in a Schedule II Controlled Substance. Phipps remains in the Daviess County Security Center on a $10,000 bond.
Washington Police served a warrant and arrested 46 year old Amie Solterman of Washington on a Writ of Attachment. She was released on a $1,000 bond.
Daviess County Sheriff’s Deputies served a warrant and arrested 32 year old James Hankins of Evansville for Failure to Appear on charges of Batter and Disorderly Conduct. Hankins was released on $2,000 bond.
Washington Police arrested 37 year old Beau Miley of Washington for Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was released on a $2,500 bond.
And Daviess County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 63 year old Rodney Fahey of Plainville on charges of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol content between .08 and .15%, and Leaving the Scene. No Bond was set.
