Indiana State Police are asking the public’s assistance in locating a missing Lawrence County man.
The State Police say that 44 year old Mike James Leatherman of Mitchell was reported missing by family members on March 16. Leatherman is described as a white male, 5’11” tall and weighing 225 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
He was last seen on February 28, at the McDonald’s parking lot in Mitchell. He was wearing blue nylon sweatpants, and a blue t-shirt with a “Just Do It” logo. He was also wearing a black jacket and tennis shoes. The State Police also report that Leatherman has shaved his head bald and has a goatee.
