-A Washington man was jailed for Resisting Law Enforcement, Unlawful Possession of a Syringe and Possession of Meth. 28-year-old Brandon Crowe was arrested by Washington Police yesterday on warrants. Bond was set at $50,000.
-The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department charged 42-year-old Jorge (hor-hay) Alberto Toledo of Washington with two counts of Operating While Intoxicated including involving Endangerment. He’s also charged with Resisting Law Enforcement. No bond was set. A traffic stop was initiated at 9:44 last night on Downey Avenue and police reports say the driver was reluctant to stop but pulled onto property on Downey and got out. After tests at the hospital, Toledo was jailed on the charges.
-Washington Police served a warrant on 29-year-old Derek Godfrey of Washington on Thursday. He was wanted for Failure to Appear. He’s also charged with Disorderly Conduct. No bond was set. Officers made contact with him at Circle K in Washington at just after 11 last night. He was taken into custody without incident.
