Betty Jean Raber, 57, of Montgomery, passed away at 6:21 a.m. Wednesday, July 4, 2018 at her home.
She was born June 11, 1961 in Daviess County, Indiana to John Henry and Ida Mae Kemp.
Betty married Owen Raber August 12, 1982 and he survives.
She was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
Betty was preceded in death by her infant grandson, Kyler Benjamin Wagler and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Jerome and Naomi Raber.
She is survived by her husband, Owen Raber; children, Laura Mae (Wilbur) Knepp, Kenneth Eugene (Joella) Raber, Leah Ruth (Kevin) Wagler, Kevin Lee (Darla) Raber, Joanna Rose (Darvin) Wagler; 17 grandchildren and Shyanna Groves and Joey Carpenter; parents, John Henry and Ida Mae Kemp; siblings, Delbert (Ruth) Kemp, Lonnie (Lydia) Kemp, Sharon (Roman) Raber, Mary Catherine (Ivan) Knepp, Marvin (Delilah) Kemp, David (Barbara) Kemp, John E. (Mary) Kemp, Lester (Bonita) Kemp, and Ernest Kemp.
Funeral services will be conducted at 9:00 a.m. Friday, July 6, 2018 at the Kevin and Leah Ruth Wagler residence 6641 East 400 North, Montgomery, Indiana. Burial will follow in Southwest Cemetery
Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 4th, 2018 beginning at 5:00 p.m. and will continue until the time of service at the family residence.
