A street in Elnora is being renamed to honor a local Viet Nam casualty of war.
The town council has voted to change Park Street to Woodsmall Drive in honor of Max Woodsmall who died in Viet Nam in 1966.
The Odon Journal https://www.facebook.com/The-Odon-Journal reports that Adam Thorne spoke to the council on behalf of the Odon VFW. The post has been working to honor casualties of Viet Nam. He said an Odon Street is being renamed to honor Odon native Arnold Benton.
The VFW is paying all costs associated with renamed the streets.
