The city of Princeton held a parade and lots of festivities as they welcomed home Jackie Young. The former Princeton High School Basketball player who holds the state’s all time high scoring record, and now a member of the NCAA Champion Notre Dame Women’s team, came home and met with fans Saturday in her hometown. After climbing down from the fire truck she rode on through town, she signed autographs for over 90 minutes. The Princeton Daily Clarion says fans from all over Indiana s well as Florida, Alabama and Colorado were on hand for Jackie Young Day in Princeton.
