Several OVWI arrests, vehicles egged in Washington…

 

-On Saturday, Daviess County authorities arrested 37-year-old Dustin Pottorff of Odon.  He’s charged with Operating While Intoxicated with a Controlled Substance and Possession of Marijuana.  Bond was posted.

-25-year-old Aaron Lang of Washington was jailed after being arrested by Washington Police.  He was charged with Possession of a Hypodermic Syringe and Resisting Law Enforcement. He was arrested at 6:30 Saturday after having been seen lying at the fence behind the YMCA.

-Odon Police arrested an Elnora woman on Saturday for Operating While Intoxicated.  Bond was set at $2000 for 58 year old Mona Kinney.

-Indiana State Police charged a Washington man with Possession of Marijuana, two counts of Operating While Intoxicated including with Endangerment and Maintaining a Common Nuisance.  25-year-old Damon Wilson was incarcerated without bond.

-Washington Police charged 45-year-old Franciso Pascual with two counts of OWVI including with Endangerment.

-A Knox County man was picked by Daviess County authorities on a warrant.  47-year-old James Lehman of Bicknell was wanted for Failure to Appear.  Bond was set at $2500.

-Steve Lewis, 45 of Washington was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated on Saturday. No bond was set.

 -24-year-old Kaitlyn Rhodes of Washington was arrested for Failure to Appear, Possession of Marijuana and Paraphernalia and Maintaining a Common Nuisance.  That arrest was made on Sunday by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department. Bond was set at $2000.

-29-year-old Alec Pegram of Huber Heights, Indiana was charged Sunday with Possession of Marijuana and Paraphernalia, Operating While Intoxicated with a Controlled Substance and with Endangerment.  No bond was set.

 -Some vehicle vandalism was investigated on Saturday morning. Vehicles on Southeast 7th,   Northeast 5th, and Highland Avenue were reported to have been egged.

-There was a report of a drive off from Circle K West at 50 and 57 at just after 1-am Sunday.  A vehicle drove away without paying for over $51 in gasoline.

-There was an accident at 2:35 Sunday morning at Southwest 5th and Main.  A vehicle hit a pole and reports say the top half of the pole was gone.
