A Washington man has pleaded guilty to Sexual Misconduct with a Minor. 23-year-old Michael A. Norrington will be sentenced in Daviess Superior Court on April 20th.
The Washington Times Herald reports that Norrington was on probation in connection with another case at the time he had relations with a 15 year old girl. Norrington was 21 at the time.
He could face over five years in jail as part of a plea agreement. Another year and a half could be added on a Petition to Revoke a Suspended Sentence.
