The date has been set for work to start on a new 15th Street Overhead Bridge in Washington.
City and County officials are reporting that the bridge is scheduled to close around March 5th.
The project has been talked about for well over 25 years. In this week’s State of the City Address, Washington Mayor Joe Wellman talked about how reaching an agreement on a new bridge with CSX and others was a major highlight of 2017 for the city of Washington…
The project will last through the year and officials say they understand it will be a great inconvenience for the people who travel and live in the area and they ask for patience and understanding during the course of the work.
Again the 15th Street overhead bridge in Washington is schedule to close March 5th.
