A Daviess County business has been awarded a $20 million contract from the US Department of Defense.
B and D Electric of Washington’s work calls for electrical utility services to be performed at Naval Support Activity Crane and the Glendora Test Facility in Sullivan. The DOD says some of the work will include various interior and exterior electrical maintenance and repair, fiber installation and repairs, installation of interior electrical work. Indiana Indiana Business is reporting the majority of the work will take place at NSA Crane. Work is expected to be complete by February 2021. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command in Virginia is the contracting activity.
