-28-year-old Frank L. Smith pleaded guilty this week to Class B Felony Rape. The case dates back to a September 2013 incident. Daviess Superior Court Judge Dean Sobecki sentenced Smith to 15 years with 878 days already served.
-26-year-old Jared Wittmer pleaded guilty to two counts of Sexual Misconduct with a minor dating back to December 2015. Sentencing is set for March 8th.
