(DLC Media)  The Washington woman injured in yesterday’s crash at 50 and 57 south of Washington died.

The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department says 57-year-old Donna Dashner succumbed to her internal injuries yesterday after being taken to Daviess Community Hospital and then flown to Deaconess in Evansville following the 9:52 am crash.

Authorities say Dashner was southbound stopped at the light on 57 when for an unknown reason her ’07 Lexus slowly entered the intersection. An eastbound cement mixer driven by Daniel Fields of Washington was eastbound and had the right of way.  He did not see Dashner until he was in the intersection and a severe collision occurred.

        Fields was not injured.
