4th annual Fire Dept 5k scheduled for the 4th

You can register now to run or walk in an event to benefit fire victims…

          The Washington Fire Department holds its 4^th annual 4^th of July 5k run next week It will be on Tuesday the 4^th.

          Rick Mattingly tells us what the event raises money for…

          To register for the run stop by either Washington Fire Station. The cost is $25 and you can register on the day of the run.   Runners will start and end at the Kiwanis building heading to the railroad tracks to Memorial and Graham by the hospital and then down by the Golf Course and Green Acres.

          Registration starts at 7:15am the race starts at 8:30am.
