City police served several arrest warrants on Wednesday.
-The Washington police Department picked up 46-year-old Terrance J. Johnson on a warrant for failure to appear on Wednesday. Bond was posted.
-22-year-old Christian W. Davis of Washington was arrested on a warrant for obtaining or attempting to obtain a legend drug by forgery or alteration and for forgery of a prescription for legend drugs. Bond was posted.
-31-year-old Oakley r. Phillips of Washington was arrested on a writ of attachment, possession of a schedule 4 controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance. Arrest reports say the charges stem from warrants. No bond was set.
-38-year-old Kimberly N. Wagler of Washington was jailed on a warrant for failure to appear on Wednesday. No bond was set.
Early today, two people were booked into the security center between 3:30 and 4-am on drug charges.
-Monty B. Sloan, 54 of Westphalia is charged with felony counts of possessing meth and controlled substances. He’s also facing charges of alleged sale and manufacture of cocaine and resisting law enforcement. 33-year-old Stephanie Sue Neukam of Odon was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
