Several arrested over the three day weekend on various offenses…
-A Washington man was arrested overnight for three counts of operating while intoxicated including with endangerment and having a .15 blood alcohol content or higher. 46-year-old Eligio Diaz Manjarraz was jailed without bond.
-Also overnight, Odon Police arrested 58-year-old Deborah S. Rusk of Newberry. She’s charged with operating while intoxicated. NO bond was set.
-21-year-old Fritz Pierre of Evansville was arrested by Washington police for leaving the scene of an accident and felony resisting law enforcement. He was being held without bond after being booked in at 12:24 am today.
July 4th arrests on Monday included:
-37-year-old Sara O. Barr of Washington was picked up on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence and a failure to appear warrant and resisting law enforcement. The arrest was made by city police and no bond was set.
-Roberta J. Warren of Washington was arrested on a writ of attachment on Monday. Bond for the 33 year old was set at $4000.
-33-year-old Justin E. Evans of Washington was arrested Monday for two counts of non support of a child. Bond was seta t $2500.
SUNDAY ARRESTS
-35-year-old Natalie M. Mundy of Washington was arrested on Sunday’s date for three counts of operating while intoxicated, resisting law enforcement, and driving while suspended with a prior. No bond was set.
-35-year-old Kevin L. White of Washington was arrested Sunday for operating while intoxicated and OWI with endangerment.
