-A Jasper man was arrested in Daviess County Friday for operating a vehicle while being a habitual traffic violator, operating while intoxicated and operating an off road vehicle while intoxicated. 48-year-old Brian Howard’s charges stemmed from a warrant. He posted bond.
-State Police arrested two men yesterday for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. 21-year-old Austen Edwards of Fort Wayne and 21-year-old Trevor Staessle face the charges. Edwards was also charged with maintaining a common nuisance and Staessle with visiting a common nuisance. Bond was posted.
-Washington Police arrested 22-year-old Teylor Smith of Washington Friday for operating while intoxicated. Bond was posted.
-23-year-old Mary Ann Christenberry of Bicknell was charged with theft on Friday. Washington Police made the arrest. Bond was set at $2000.
-26-year-old Eli Harbstreit was arrested for operating while intoxicated overnight. The arrest was made by state police. Bond was set at $2000.
