Petersburg police report on their Facebook page that they arrested 50-year-old Rhonda Neukam of Otwell on Thursday afternoon.
She was stopped by police for a traffic violation and was determined to be under the influence of meth. A search turned up a glass peipe and a small amount of what appeared to be meth. She was jailed for possession of meth and paraphernalia.
