At 5-pm on Monday Vincennes Police arrested a Washington man at 6th and Niblack in Vincennes on a Gibson County wrrant for operating while intoxicated. 30-year-old Andrew K. Greenwell is also charged with possession of meth, a syringe and paraphernalia. He was booked into the Knox County Jail.
