-The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested 47-year-old Darren s. Sargent of Odon on Friday. He was wanted on a warrant for a probation violation. No bond was set.
-City Police arrested 47-year-old James E. Koenig of Odon Friday. He was charged with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. No bond was set. He was booked into jail about 10:30pm.
-Three Washington residents face disorderly conduct charge after an investigation overnight. City Police report that 18-year-old old JonBenet Clark, 24-year-old Jeffery s. Germain and 25-year-old Wendy Santcyr were all jailed without bond. Santcyr is also charged with resisting law enforcement.
