54-year-old Richard M. Baughn of Francisco was jailed yesterday by Washington Police. He’s charged with public intoxication. Bond was set at $2000.
31-year-old Jamie R. Gibbs of Washington was booked into the security center at 2:30-amthis morning. Gibbs is charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a controlled substance and for possession of paraphernalia. Bond was set at $2000.
Arthur Leonard Arnold, 60 years old was booked into jail this morning at 4:15am charged with DUI.
