48-year-old Santiago Gallardo of Washington was arrested yesterday for driving while suspended and for being a habitual traffic offender. The arrest was made by state police. Bond at the Daviess County Security Center was set at $2500 and he did post bond.
A Jasper man was being held on a $2500 bond in Daviess County after an overnight arrest. 47-year-old Brian C. Howard booked in at midnight and was charged with three counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated including greater than .15 BAC, with a prior conviction and with endangerment. He’s also charged with being a habitual traffic offender.
