At Daviess Community Hospital Tuesday, February 24, 2014
7:00am—10:00am FREE screenings for women 18 and older including:
Blood Pressure, BMI, Bone Density, Glucose and Cholesterol (finger stick), Depression/ Alzheimer’s screen, Pulse Oximetry, Foot & Nail Care, and Carbon Monoxide screen.
Lab Work for Chem 16 & total cholesterol panel = $40.00 (see below) Glucose & cholesterol = $25.00 (see below)
Digital Mammograms (by appointment only). Please call 812-254-8851 to schedule. Deadline is February 14, 2014. Many insurances cover screening mammo-grams. However, a discounted rate will be given for Mammograms performed on this day. Call for more information.
