-An Odon man was arrested on warrants Friday for Child molesting and Incest. Indiana State Police arrested Christopher L. Ruble on the warrant and was being held on a $100,000 bond. Ruble was also served a warrant for a Petition to Revoke a Suspended Sentence for Operating While Intoxicated with Endangerment. Bond on that charge was set at $2000.
-44-year-old Eugene Hill was arrested on a warrant Friday by the Sheriff’s Department for Failure to Appear for Leaving the Scene of an Accident. Bond was set at $2500.
-An investigation Friday led to Battery charges against 33-year-old Jesse Lumm II of Newberry. He is charged with Domestic Battery, Public Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct. No bond was set.
-On Thursday the Sheriff’s Department arrested two on meth charges. 25-year-old Billy Taylor Jr. and 32-year-old Casey Allen both of Washington were arrested for Possession of Meth, Marijuana and Paraphernalia and on Nuisance Offenses.
