-Dominik L. Major of Coldwater, Mississippi was jailed yesterday for two counts of Operating While Intoxicated including one count with Endangerment. He’s also charged with Having and Open Container. Bond was set at $2000.
-The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department investigated a theft reported at Eagle Railcar.
-There was a property damage accident reported at just after 9 Tuesday morning at 1st and Main in Plainville.
-A resident on St. John’s Road reported their home as broken into several times in the past week. Medication, a shotgun and other items were reported taken.
-At 1:45 yesterday afternoon a woman reported tires slashed on her vehicles at her Montgomery home the night before. Officers are investigating.
-There was a report to the Washington Police Department concerning a city bus which was seen pulling down some low hanging electric lines. The incident was called in from Maxwell Avenue Tuesday morning.
-There was an accident with no injuries investigated at just before 10-am on Tuesday. The call came in from Meridian Street.
