The Odon Town Marshall wants to crack down on town ordinance violations. That’s according to a story in the Odon Journal.
He told the town board this week that he has started a policy that each shift produces a minimum of three ordinance violation either written or verbal.
Marshal Scott Noble also wants to replace some ordinances with a general nuisance ordinance which he says would be more effective and easier to enforce. He also suggested updating fee schedules.
His ideas will be looked over by the town attorney for consideration.
