Two 18 year olds facing possession charges…
-Two people face charges after an overnight investigation by Washington City Police Morgann C. Chapman, and Dakota B. Detty both 18 of Washington were booked into the security center in the 1-am hour. Both are charged with possession of paraphernalia. Chapman was also charged with possession of synthetic cannabis, possession of a schedule 4 substance and visiting a common nuisance. Detty was facing an additional charge of maintaining a common nuisance. No bond was set for either suspect.
-A Washington man was arrested Thursday on a writ of attachment. Bond for Shawn M. Morning was set at 1300 dollars.
