MADD Representative, Pam Kershaw presented Cummings with his award. He removed 61 impaired drivers from the streets in 2015.
In presenting Officer Brandon Garland the 2015 Officer of the Year Award, Sgt Brandon Humphries said Garland made 301 drug related arrests in the year. He often works on his own time to remove drugs from the community.
