The first Tuesday after Thanksgiving is known as Giving Tuesday. A great way to give this year is to donate funds to Four-Rivers/DSI. They serve the disabled in 52 counties who are living, working, serving, volunteering and contributing to their communities. Stevie Joyce joined us on Take 5 to share details on the 64th Annual Veale Elementary Chili Supper, Saturday, November 1, from 4–7 p.m. at Veale Elementary. Dinner tickets are $10 and include chili, a hot dog, dessert, and a drink, with dine-in and carryout options available. Raffle tickets are $5, with prizes including a Yeti cooler, Blackstone grill, and Roomba vacuum. The event will also feature games, face painting, class-themed baskets, and family fun for all ages.
