Wilber Miranda-Cruz, 37, of Washington, was arrested Sunday by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Office. He was charged with Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated and Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with Endangerment. He was booked into the Daviess County Security Center on a $2,000 bond. Onell Ortiz, 31, of Jasper, was arrested Sunday by Indiana State Police and charged with Driving While Suspended with a Prior. He was booked into the Daviess County Security Center on a $2,000 bond. Bond was posted.
