A man from West Baden is charged with sexual battery.
Indiana State Police initiated a criminal investigation on November 23, 2021, after receiving information from the French Lick Police Department, concerning allegations of sexual assault against a French Lick resident.
The investigation revealed that 56-year-old Larry D. Kalb of West Baden had allegedly committed sexual battery on another person.
This allegation took place in Orange County.
A warrant was issued by the Orange County Superior Court on Tuesday, and Kalb was arrested on Wednesday by troopers from the Jasper Post.
He was taken into custody and transported to the Orange County Jail without incident.
