A Jasper man was arrested after police say he caused some damage at a gas station.
Police say that at around 6:05 am yesterday, 21-year-old Dillion Sternburg of Jasper was leaving a Hucks gas station.
As Dillon was leaving the parking lot, police say he began to accelerate forward and did not straighten the steering.
As the vehicle continued to turn, it struck a gas pump which was then knocked over.
Dillon backed up the vehicle and left the scene but was located at his residence later in the day.
He was then arrested and taken to the Dubois County Jail where he was charged with Leaving the Scene of an Accident.
