Due to an increase in COVID cases, changes have been made to the upcoming WHS Class of 1971 50th reunion.
The biggest change is that all receptions are now cancelled. The Thursday kickoff party and lunch at the Knights of Columbus is also cancelled.
The Golf Outing will still take place on Friday, September 17th, at 9:00 am at the Country Oaks Golf Course. There also be a Euchre Party at the Baymont Inn and a walking tour of downtown Washington at 1:30 pm. The trip downtown will be followed by a visit to the Daviess County Museum.
A tour of Washington High School will be held at 9:00 am that Saturday followed by lunch at Mi Pueblo. The Saturday main event is moving from an indoor party to an outdoor party at which guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs. The event will be held at 5:00 pm at Vicki Bubalo’s house located at 757 Bean Drive in Washington.
