The Daviess County Health Department released the latest COVID-19 Update yesterday.
8 more cases of the virus have been confirmed since Wednesday. The total case count for the county currently stands at 2,999.
No additional deaths have been reported so that number is still at 99.
12,570 residents have been tested to date.
Daviess County has returned to Blue Status and is showing a 7-day positivity rate of 1.3%.
Martin County is also in Blue Status with a 7-day positivity rate of 3.9%.
Knox County is in Blue Status with a 7-day positivity rate of 2.5%.
In addition, Pike County is also in Blue Status and is showing a 7-day positivity rate of 4.2%.
