Indiana State Police arrested a man in Vincennes. On Wednesday, a state trooper arrested a 49-yr-old Evansville man for Operating While Intoxicated. He was stopped on US41 for driving 91 mph. The driver displayed several signs of impairment. Further investigation revealed he had a BAC of .12%. He was taken to the Knox County Jail.
