WCPL gearing up for Adult Winter Reading Program

It’s time again for the Winter Reading Program hosted by the Washington Carnegie Public Library. The program starts January 4th and will run throug the end of February. This program has been going on for about 8 years and gets a little bigger each year. The theme this time around is “Churchill and the Blitz”. Rick Chambon has the details…
