One of the fastest growing sports in the United States has become very popular in Daviess County. Pickleball is sport all ages can enjoy. The Daviess County Pickleball Group is now working on a grant for new outdoor courts in Washington. They are working with the local parks to revitalize a space at Longfellow Park for state of the art Pickleball Courts. The group is trying to raise $50,000 in order to obtain the $50,000 grant needed to help fund construction. Donations are being accepted now.
