Indiana State Police have increased patrols over the holiday season as part of the Drive Sober, or get Pulled Over Program. Four people were arrested over the weekend for impaired driving and one of those arrests was in Vincennes. 29-year-old Zackary Ball of Vincennes was stopped on Willow Street in for a defective headlight over the weekend. Troopers discovered Ball was in possession of meth, marijuana, a controlled substance, and paraphernalia. Ball displayed signs of impairment but refused to submit to a chemical test. He was arrested and taken to the Knox County Jail.
